Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Essentials/Fast Track Customer Service Manager, assists in supervising the Essentials and Fast Track Departments and activities including: customer service; merchandise presentation and promotion; inventory control; security control; POS and cash handling activities; and special assignments. Trains, evaluates and counsels staff in all activities. Oversees custodial issues within the area. Hours include evenings and some weekends.
Requires 1+ years supervisory experience in a high volume retail environment. Experience must demonstrate: strong sales and customer service skills; effective supervision and effective interface with diverse individuals/groups. Directly and indirectly supervises part-time/student employees. Frequent walking, standing, sitting, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
